Benjamin has overseen numerous franchises and series for linear/cable and Paramount+, including Teen Mom, Catfish, Basketball Wives (VH1), Ink Master (P+), The Stallone Family (P+), Jersey Shore Family Vacation, The Challenge, and The Real World. He’s served both as a Current Exec as well as a Development Lead, creating franchise extensions for numerous legacy IP as well as developing new docs and series.
Before joining the network, Benjamin was an Executive Producer/Show Runner who created series for Bravo, MTV, Fuse, A&E, TLC including The Rachel Zoe Project, Donnie Loves Jenny, The Little Couple, and others.
An award-winning playwright, his short film “Something in Between” was selected to screen at Sundance and Dances with Films in 2011. He also served as a Jr. Creative Executive for The Mark Canton Company at Warner Brothers, helping to launch "Jack & Jill" for The WB Network.
Benjamin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dramatic Writing Program and has received further certification from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He lives with his husband two sons in Santa Clarita, CA.
