Weiss currently serves as Vice President, Original Programming and Production, Unscripted Content across all unscripted entertainment at VERSANT. She oversees a large and diverse slate of unscripted series and specials across true crime, lifestyle and documentary, for multiple networks and platforms including Oxygen, E!, and USA. Joining Versant after a decade at NBCUniversal, she continues to serve as the executive in charge of the long running Snapped franchise, and all Snapped spin offs, as well as The Death Investigator with Barbara Butcher, New York Homicide and the upcoming Hooters Murders: Deadly Shift (wt)), among many others. For E!, Weiss eagerly awaits the premiere of the documentary series Dirty Rotten Scandals.
She has previously shepherded documentaries for Peacock and Oxygen including The Girl on the Milk Carton, Death Row Confidential, Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks and Making Manson. As well as Project Runway and development projects for Bravo and Oxygen.
Her work has been nominated for Critic’s Choice Awards and received an ARTA for outstanding true crime series. She is currently most excited about the future of E! and USA investing in new, exciting talent, and continuing to grow Oxygen’s dedicated fanbase. Weiss is an LA native whose career began in high school when she produced the feature film Youth In Revolt.
