Duncan McIntosh is Vice President of Development for Fox Entertainment Studios, Unscripted. He creates, develops and adapts unique formats in-house, as well as in collaboration with brands, IP, external producers and production companies.
FES Unscripted specializes in groundbreaking formats for networks, streamers, cable, digital and international markets. From Masked Singer, to Name That Tune, Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service, America’s Most Wanted, and more, plus unannounced projects and emerging spaces like vertical video, the company is continuing to redefine top tier unscripted entertainment across the board.
Prior to FAE, Duncan worked for a prestigious list of companies, including Endemol Shine, A. Smith & Co. Productions, All3Media, NBCUniversal and Zodiak.
He has extensive experience developing, adapting, rebooting and selling some of the largest unscripted formats in the world, including The Titan Games, American Ninja Warrior, Hell’s Kitchen, Mental Samurai, MasterChef, Hunted, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, The Biggest Loser, Fear Factor, Celebrity Wife Swap, Page Six TV (syndication), Best.Cover.Ever (YouTube) and Yes Theory (Snapchat).
