Amira Lewally is an acclaimed Producer with years of experience developing and overseeing premium series, specials, documentaries, and video podcasting that center powerful, culturally resonant storytelling. Across her career, she has produced and supervised more than 400 hours of programming spanning live events, long-form series, documentaries, and digital and video podcast platforms. Her work includes leadership across marquee A&E franchises and umbrellas such as Secrets Of and Biography, where she has helped shape impactful, audience-driven content.

Her slate includes projects such as Secrets of Playboy, Biography: Bobby Brown, The Judd Family: Truth Be Told, TLC Forever, Biography: Garth Brooks, Biography: Biggie, Born This Way, Origins of Hip Hop, Biography: WWE Legends, Taking The Stand, Exposing Parchman, James Brown: Say It Loud, and 60 Days In. Her work has premiered at major festivals including Tribeca, the American Black Film Festival, and Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival, and has earned nominations from organizations such as the Critics Choice Awards, NAACP Image Awards, and the IDA Documentary Awards.

In addition to her television work, Lewally has a strong background in podcast development and production. She is the co-creator, producer, and co-host of The Table Is Ours, a Lifetime Network podcast that explores mental health, legacy building, identity, and culture through intimate, conversation-driven storytelling. The podcast features conversations with culture movers and professionals across fields, including high-profile celebrities and leaders, further expanding her cross-platform storytelling footprint.

Lewally earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Film from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Writing and Producing for Television from Long Island University-Brooklyn. She has been recognized as Baylor University’s Alumna of the Year and, in 2022, was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30: Hollywood & Entertainment list and Cablefax’s Thrivers Under 30.
