Stephen Mann is Senior Director, Unscripted Content, Competition and Game Shows, NBCUniversal Entertainment.
In his role, Mann oversees reality competition, social experiment, and game show formats across the company’s entertainment portfolio. His purview includes managing a robust development slate and current series including Peacock’s Emmy Award winning hit The Traitors, and NBC’s Password with Jimmy Fallon and Keke Palmer.
Mann has established a strong presence in the gameshow genre, overseeing the revival of NBC’s Weakest Link while working on fan favorites including America’s Got Talent and The Wall.
Prior to joining the NBCUniversal’s formats team, Mann worked at Fremantle in Unscripted Development, and at OWN in Alternative Programming.
A graduate of Occidental College, Mann began his career at FOX in Current Programming before transitioning to production. He has previously worked in live events, unscripted, scripted programming for MTV, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel and Discovery.
