Speaker Theresa Graham
Theresa Graham currently serves as Director, Unscripted Content, Competition and Game Shows, NBCUniversal Entertainment. Based in Los Angeles, she reports to Corie Henson, EVP Unscripted Content, Competition and Game Shows.
In her current role, Graham oversees reality competition and game show formats across NBC, Peacock, and the company’s cable portfolio including Bravo, USA Network, and E!. Her purview includes the #1 Summer Series for 19 seasons, America’s Got Talent and its recent spin-offs, AGT: All-Stars and AGT Fantasy League. She was instrumental in the development, launch and renewal of the new hit series Deal or No Deal Island and, in addition to overseeing current series, Graham manages a roster of projects in all stages of development.
Previous shows she has worked on include NBC’s The Voice, Making It with Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman, Who Do You Think You Are?, USA Network’s Barmageddon hosted by Blake Shelton and Carson Daly, and Peacock’s Baking It. Before her purview was expanded, Graham held a hybrid role with NBCUniversal Syndication Studios, working with Access Hollywood and on the launch of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Graham began her career at NBCU as part of the company’s esteemed Page Program. She rose through the ranks at NBC, starting on the Alternative Programming and Development team before moving to the office of the NBC Entertainment Chairman, working directly with all aspects of the division. Additionally, Graham has served as a board member of Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society, helping nurture young professionals working in the entertainment industry. She graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Journalism, as well as a concentration in Business and specializations in Broadcast and Public Relations.
