Speaker Goshu Segawa
Goshu Segawa joined Tokyo Broadcasting System in April of 1998 as a Website Administrator where he handled
administration of its official website.
In April of 1999, he was promoted to Assistant Producer where he provided general assistance to the producer in charge of
various unscripted shows produced internally and aired on the TBS’s terrestrial channel.
Two years later he was again promoted to the position of Producer where he oversaw the production of various successful
Unscripted shows.
In July of 2020, Mr. Segawa became TBS Japan’s Manager of Global Business Department where he was the head of
development of unscripted television formats and managed sales administration of unscripted television formats.
In July of 2023 Mr. Segawa became the Manager of Global Enterprise Design Office where he was responsible for planning a
new overseas enterprise aimed to expand the sales of TBS Japan’s intellectual properties in the global market.
In August 2024, he moved from Tokyo to Los Angeles to become Vice President of a re-purposed TBS International,
a United States based subsidiary of TBS.
Now he is in charge of setting up a new Los Angeles office which will work as the headquarter for TBS operations in the US.
