Lily Neumeyer is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Unscripted Development at MTV Entertainment Studios and Paramount Media Networks, which includes MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, Smithsonian Channel, Pop TV, TV Land and Logo. An Emmy-nominated producer who is a champion of authentic storytelling, Neumeyer has been instrumental to the development of hit series such as Caught in the Act: Unfaithful, Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship, All Star Shore and many others. 

She played a key role in expanding MTV's unscripted franchises, leveraging iconic IP to launch successful series such as Siesta Key, The Real World Homecoming, and The Hills: New Beginnings. She also revitalized the 16 and... franchise with impactful docu-series like 16 and Recovering, which follows high school students overcoming addiction, and 16 and Pregnant, which explores the challenges of unplanned teenage pregnancy. Furthermore, she launched True Life: Quarantine, a timely series examining how the pandemic impacted young people's pivotal life moments, including college graduations, childbirth, and relationships.

Previously, Neumeyer served as Vice President of Nonfiction and Alternative Programming at A&E where she developed and executive produced Duck Dynasty, the most-watched reality show in cable television history during its run and the Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers. She began her career at MTV, where among working with MTV News on multiple projects, she developed My Super Sweet 16. Before she pursued graduate studies in Film at New York University, Neumeyer received her MD at the University of Buenos Aires. She lives in New York City.
