Kitty Gambel is the Senior Vice President of Unscripted and Alternative Television, MGM. In her role, she manages a large slate of development projects and oversees current productions – including two recent Prime Video series, Are You Smarter than a Celebrity hosted by Travis Kelce and Wish List Games hosted by Nick Cannon and Lele Pons. Next up for 2025 is the highly-anticipated reboot of American Gladiators (Prime Video) and celebrity competition series Squad Games under a new first-look deal with actress Regina Hall.
Prior to joining MGM, Gambel served as a development executive at 495 Productions, with credits including The Real (Telepictures), Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party (VH1), and The Untitled Action Bronson Show (Viceland). She started her career in daytime syndication, with credits including Judge Judy, Maury, and Divorce Court. Gambel has been nominated for two Emmys and was named one of “Hollywood’s New Leaders 2020” by Variety Magazine.
