Registered Realscreen Summit delegates can book king or queen rooms at the InterContinental Miami starting at just US$399 a night (plus a US$30 nightly hotel service fee and tax). This is an outstanding rate for this hotel class in February, which is prime time for Miami travel and tourism.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• There is a two (2) night minimum stay.
• The reservation doesn't require a deposit at the time of booking, but a credit card is required to guarantee it.
• A 100% non-refundable pre-payment charge will be processed on the card provided 30 days prior to the arrival date.  
• Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation penalty, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation cannot be shortened after that date. If you fail to cancel or show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. Early departures will not be refunded.
• Guest room reservations must be made under the name of the registered event delegate.
• Any names found on the Realscreen Summit hotel rooming list that are not registered for the event will have their guest rooms canceled and removed from the room block. Only REGISTERED Realscreen Summit attendees may book in this room block.

These special rates will be offered based on hotel availability of the specific room category in the room block. The reservation cut-off date is Tuesday, December 30, 2025, but we recommend booking in advance in order to improve your chances of securing a guest room!

Third-party booking organizations may attempt to contact our delegates, claiming that they represent Realscreen Summit and provide services for attendees to book their hotel guest rooms at the InterContinental Miami. These organizations are not legitimate and may attempt to steal your personal and financial information.
