Programming execs, each at their own table, will takeone-on-one,(3) three-minute pitches. Get covetedone-on-onetime with executives who have the power to steer your project to a greenlight.

Lottery opened on Wednesday, January 7 at 11:00 AM EST, and closed on Monday, January 12 at 5:00 PM EST. Lottery results were emailed to participants on Wednesday, January 14 by 2:00 PM EST.

General sign-ups opened Wednesday, January 14 at 5:00 PM EST, and closed on Thursday, January 29 at 5:00 PM EST.

Attendees who secured a spot in advance for Speed Pitching should arrive at the session room 15-20 minutes prior to the session start time to check in with the room monitor and get processed. Showing up late will result in losing your spot.

If you did not secure a spot in advance, we recommend showing up to the session room 20-30 minutes early to join the wait line.

No pairs or team pitching to a host. These meetings are one-on-one.
