Lottery opens on Wednesday, January 7 at 11:00 AM EST, and closes on Monday, January 12 at 5:00 PM EST. Lottery results will be emailed to participants on Wednesday, January 14 by 2:00 PM EST. General sign-ups open Wednesday, January 14 at 5:00 PM EST, and closes on Thursday, January 29 at 5:00 PM EST.
