Speaker Ed Davis
Ed Davis serves as Senior Director of Unscripted Development for TBS, TNT and truTV. In this role Davis oversees development for the linear networks non-scripted slate of programming and reports directly to Jason Sarlanis, President of Unscripted Programming for TBS, TNT and truTV.
Davis has helped develop the new iteration of the beloved competition series Wipeout hosted by John Cena, Nicole Byer and Camille Kostek for TBS. Davis is also responsible for Foul Play with Anthony Davis, The Joe Schmo Show, The Misery Index, and Dinner & a Movie for TBS as well as 101 Places to Party Before You Die and Backyard Bar Wars for TruTV.
Davis joined WBD in May of 2020 after working as an agent for United Talent Agency for the last decade. Prior to that he was in business development for Disney/ABC and held positions at Shady World Entertainment and Tommy Boy Records.
Davis holds a degree in Finance from Florida State University and is based in Los Angeles, CA.
