Meister leads Link’s talent management division and drives talent strategy, campaign execution and industry relations. She was instrumental in shaping Link’s boutique structure and personalized management model, built around amplifying creator reach through thoughtful storytelling, strategic partnerships and data-driven strategy, allowing creators to stay ahead of
industry trends across brand partnerships, product launches, affiliate programs, and emerging platforms.
 
Since Link’s launch, Meister and her experienced team have successfully secured placements on Sephora Squad and Ulta Beauty Collective, among others, and have launched creator-led product lines that drive meaningful revenue beyond traditional brand partnerships. Selected creators represented by Link Management include Lola Torres, Danielle Walter, Yolanda Diaz, Julia Fittro, among others. Meister has also worked with major brands spanning Abercrombie,
Walmart, L’Oréal, Stanley, Supergoop, Urban Decay, Laneige, Spanx, Dove, Shark, Macy’s, Advocare, Michaels and more.
 
Prior to Link, Meister held senior roles at creator-focused talent management companies and most recently served as Head of Creator Management, where she represented creators like Raven Gates, Katy Harrell, Kristin Miller, Alliah Harmon, and Mackenzie Philips, among others.

She began her career on the brand side before transitioning into talent management. Throughout her career, Meister has managed high-performing rosters with millions in combined reach, led and developed talent management teams, organized creator, and brand-focused events, and driven both organizational growth and long-term creator success.
