  • Congratulations to John Hesse, winner of our Realscreen Summit 2018 Contest!

After 40+ years in the production and executive management arena, including producing and directing projects for Osmond Entertainment, Syndication, HBO, The Nashville Network, international distributors, and PBS, John Hesse re-established his former production company in 2012, John Hesse Productions LLC, to develop and produce content for national and international distribution. Recently Hesse served as the Executive Producer for the award-winning PBS documentary James Baker: The Man Who Made Washington Work (2015). Prior to that, he was the Executive Producer for two other award-winning PBS documentaries about the Berlin Wall, The Wall - A World Divided (2009), and After the Wall - A World United (2010). He currently has numerous projects in various stages of development for both domestic and international production and distribution.     Last year she added 'author' to the list of her accomplishments, with the publication of her New York Times best-selling book. With characteristic candor she provides readers with what Meryl Streep calls "an honest excavation of the process of living."
