BJ Levin is the Senior Vice President of Development for Wilshire Studios, the unscripted studio part of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment and oversees all development and sales of original, non-scripted programming. Levin is a two-time Emmy Award-winning executive producer and showrunner who has worked in the television and film industry for more than a decade. Most recently, he served as executive producer and showrunner for VICE, one of HBO’s most successful documentary series which garnered eight Emmy nominations during its first four seasons, winning in 2014 for Best Outstanding Informational Series or Special. Previously, Levin served as director, producer, showrunner and executive producer for several networks including A&E, BBC, Bravo, Discovery, Food Network, HBO, National Geographic, TLC, and VICE TV. At MTV, he was producer on the Emmy-award winning series, MADE.
