Jamie joined Discovery in 2014 working across acquisitions and strategy, road mapping the long range plan across a portfolio of channels. Working within the new EMEA Content Team he is now jointly responsible for the supply of over 3000 hours of programming and primarily responsible for the selection and supply of 1000 hours of 3rd party content to the UK networks.
He has brought hit-rating series such as Aussie Gold Hunters, UFO’s: The Lost Evidence and Heavy Rescue to Discovery channels, and has exec-produced series such as Copycat Killers, Scrap Kings and the ground breaking natural history series Big Pacific.
Jamie began his career at National Geographic Channel in the UK where he was eventually Head of Scheduling, running strategy and content for the flagship Factual channel brands.
