Jan David Frouman is Chairman & CEO of Red Arrow Studios, a ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE company. Red Arrow Studios is one of the world’s leading creators and distributors of entertainment content, comprised of 20 production companies in seven territories,including 10 companies based in the United States; world-leading multi-platform digital network Studio71, based in six countries; and global film and TV distributors Red Arrow Studios International and Gravitas Ventures.

Jan has been a member of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since March 1, 2016, and is responsible for the Group’s global content production and global sales segment. Previous responsibilities also include the Group’s TV operations, including all TV channel brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Prior to launching Red Arrow in 2010, Jan spent six years with ProSiebenSat.1 where he held various corporate positions within the Group's TV channels and content divisions, including Executive Vice President, Group Content Acquisitions and Production, responsible for licensed programming deals, production company assets, and the Group's international distribution unit.

Previously, Jan was a Director at Saban Capital Group, a media-focused private equity firm in Los Angeles, CA, and, in 2003, was a member of the Saban transaction team that led and executed the acquisition of ProsiebenSat.1 Media. Jan has a bachelor's degree from Colgate University and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business. He lives with his wife and their two children in Munich.
