Gretchen Palek is co-president of Leftfield Pictures, a part of ITV America, and is responsible for all development, programming and production across broadcast, cable and digital platforms.
Some of Leftfield Pictures' hit series include such key titles as the long-running Pawn Stars, Alone and Counting Cars (History), The Book of John Gray (OWN), The Adventures of Dr. Buckeye Bottoms (NatGeo Wild), Tackle My Ride (NFL Network), 30 for 30: Year of the Scab (ESPN) and Brain Surgery Live (Nat Geo).
Previously, Palek was the SVP of Casting and Talent for the company where she headed up one of the largest casting departments in the industry. She spearheaded casting efforts for a number of series and projects for the ITV America group, including the reboot of Queer Eye (Netflix), The Job Interview (CNBC), Four Weddings (TLC), Forged in Fire (History), Tiny House Nation (FYI) and American Grit (FOX), among many others.
Prior to joining ITV America /Leftfield, Palek was at Discovery Channel.
