Drew Tappon is the Head of Unscripted Programming, Specials and Development for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, a position he has held since June 2021. He has oversight for all unscripted programming on the network, including the long-running Love and Marriage franchise, Belle Collective from Kingdom Reign Productions, Family or Fiance from Bunim Murray Productions, and the returning relationship series and Ready to Love and Put a Ring on It, from Lighthearted Entertainment, in conjunction with Will Packer Productions. He has overseen such Spotlight Series for the network, as The Hair Tales and Time of Essence as well as overseeing development for programming on the OWN button on the streaming app MAX.
